The flame treatment is necessary for the elimination of static electricity is present on the surface of the stock to be screen printed and for oxidising the surface for the proper adhesion of colours.

Description of operation

The operator loads the object on the mandrel manually
The object to be flame - treated automatically indexes near the burners.
Once thw static change from the object is removed the object automatically indexes away from the burners.
The object is automatically unloaded from the mandrel in a suitable bin.
DO NOT ALLOW ANY FLAME TREATED OBJECT TO BE TOUCHED BY HUMAN HANDS AS IT WILL DEPOSIT OIL AND DIRT ON THE SURFACE AND PRINTING WILL NOT BE PROPER
GOOD SCREEN PRINTING IS ONLY ACHIEVED IF THE OBJECT IS PROPERLY FLAME TREATED
